主料:松仁玉米(最好罐头的)
辅料:黄瓜,胡萝卜,火腿等.调料等.
1.油烧热,关火,马上把松仁放进去,一变颜色就捞出,备用.
2.锅中放底油,烧热,放入葱姜末炝锅,放入胡萝卜丁,黄瓜丁,火腿丁,倒入玉米粒(带些罐头里的汤),放盐,味精,少量糖(玉米粒本身就甜).
3.待玉米粒快熟时,加水淀粉勾芡,放入松仁.翻炒一下.,出锅.[/size]
